Toyota Corolla

Being Asian American, one of my biggest priorities as a content creator is pushing for opportunities to feature other BIPOC as often as I can. This Toyota Corolla campaign was a dream BuzzFeed project for me because of this. Toyota Corolla was looking to engage with Asian American audiences, the primary demographic of the car…which I related to on a deeply spiritual level, having driven a beat-up old Toyota Corolla for 10 years of my life. I was able to interview some of my favorite musicians and chefs for this campaign, promoting their work and their stories to hundreds of thousands of eyes.
