MedMen

It’s time to change the way we think about weed. We got a unique opportunity to help MedMen reposition and re-brand themselves as the industry-leading cannabis retail store in legal states. I created a platform: “Elevated” that would rewrite cannabis culture for 2019-2020 by tapping into fashion and art/design, a platform where culture doesn’t just embrace cannabis, but is elevated by it. Elevated revolved around a series of experimental art videos that collaged together scenes of modern day cannabis use and the futuristic spaces that defy the tired stereotype of a college stoner’s dorm room. For this pitch, I handled creative development and concept creation, all copywriting, strategy, art direction, and image curation.
